Application for sponsorship to attend Japan Digestive Disease Week (JDDW) 2019

The society would like to sponsor 1 member to attend the following overseas meeting.

The sponsorship package would be HK$15,100 including returned economy airfare (~HK$5,000), accommodation (~HK$1,800/night, up to 5 nights) and registration fee. Members are reminded to make their own arrangement.
