The society would like to sponsor 3 ordinary members to attend the following overseas meeting.

-    Name: DDW 2025

-    Date: 3 to 6 May 2025

-    Venue: San Diego, USA

The sponsorship package includes round-trip economy airfare (up to HK$18,000), accommodation (up to HK$3,000/night, max. 5 nights, from 2 to 7 May) and registration fee (up to HK$5,760). Members are reminded to make their own arrangement. Interested members please email the completed application form to the secretariat by 2359 on 7 March (HKT).

The 1st JGES Interational shall be held in Japan in September 2025. 

The congress now calls for submission of abstract.

The sponsorship package includes returned economy airfare (up to HK$5,000), accommodation (up to HK$1,300/night, max. 5 nights, from 20 to 25 November) and registration fee (i.e. USD 300).
